Brendan Rodgers has been sacked as Liverpool manager after his team drew the Merseyside derby earlier today. After reassurances at the end of last season, results haven’t improved this campaign despite a lot of money being put into the club.
There were many talking points in a busy weekend in the Premier League. Sergio Aguero propelled title favourites Man City to a 6-1 win, scoring five goals against Newcastle.
